There are many ways you can reduce food waste and your carbon footprint. It may sound overly simple, but it’s true: buy less food and you’ll waste less food.<\/p>\n

Freezing extends shelf life by several months, but be sure to vacuum seal your freezables first.<\/p>\n

Since the start of the pandemic, one in five working families in Canada has reported going hungry. Sharing not only reduces food waste, it helps others who need it most.<\/p>\n
